1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all deliverable and performance by Sinere - Science meets Beauty Limited to consumers.

3. Offering and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. All offers hold "while supplies last", unless the products are annotated differently. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button 'Send order' in the final step of the ordering process you place a binding order for the merchandise contained in the shopping cart. The sales agreement is brought about when we accept your order with an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after we have received your order.
3.3 You have the option to conclude the sales agreement in German or English language.
4. Right of Withdrawal 4.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal from contract.

You can withdraw from contract within a period of 2 weeks without specifying any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the merchandise. Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal from contract the performances received on both sides have to be refunded and - if applicable - derived benefits (e.g. interest) have to be reimbursed. If you cannot return part or all of the merchandise or return it in a declined condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the lost value. This does not apply to sold items, if the decline in value of the item is caused solely by its examination, as it would have been possible in a retail store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation for compensation by not handling the merchandise as your property and by avoiding any action that has an effect on its value. Items that can be shipped as a parcel must be sent back. Items that can't be sent as a parcel will be picked up at your place. You must pay for the shipping, if the delivered merchandise matches your order and the price of the merchandise does not exceed 150,00 Euro, and if the price of the merchandise exceeds 150.00 Euro, but you did not make any agreed on partial or full payments at the time of withdrawal from contract. Else the shipping is free of charge to you. The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days after dispatch of your withdrawal notice, in order for you to receive a refund.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal form contract does not hold for goods that are not suited for a return because of their nature or because they can quickly spoil. Furthermore it does not hold for CDs and DVDs that have been removed from their cellophane cover by you.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 The prices listed on the product pages contain lawful sales tax and other price components.
5.2 There is a link to the shipping cost overview on the product pages and in the shopping cart right next to the posted prices of the items. After choosing the shipping method, the exact shipping costs are once more clearly communicated on the order confirmation page.

8. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The merchandise remains our property until paid in full.
9. Warranty
The warranty is given according to German law. For all deficiencies that arise during the legal warranty period of two years form delivery, you have the legal right for supplementary performance (your choice of: removal of defects or replacement) and - if the legal requirements are met - the legal rights for reduction in price or withdrawal from contract as well as damages.

Once you found the desired product, you can place it without commitment into the shopping cart by clicking on the button 'Add to Shopping Cart' or 'Add to Cart'. You can remove products at any time from your shopping cart by clicking the checkbox to the right of the product and then clicking on the button 'Update'. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, you click on the button 'Checkout'. Please enter your information on the page that opens next. The mandatory fields are marked with '*'. You must register in order to buy from us. Your information is transmitted with encryption. We ask you to check your information after you've entered it. You finish placing your order by clicking on the button 'Send order'. You can stop the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window. The contract text is stored in our internal systems. You can view our terms and condition at any time on this website. The order information and terms and conditions will be sent to you by e-mail. After the order has been placed the contract text is not accessible over the internet for security reasons.
Privacy
We use the data you submit to us for fulfilling and processing your order. Your data will be transferred to the commissioned logistics company, if it is necessary for the delivery of the merchandise (Name, address, possibly telephone number for coordinating the delivery). We possibly also transfer your payment data to the financial institution commissioned with the processing of the payment. There is no transfer to other third parties or use for advertising. With the completion of the contract and complete payment of the order total the data is blocked from further use and will be deleted according to the terms of the German tax and trade laws..
